Professor  Lee is the Head of Illawarra Ophthalmolgy and  one of the most experienced cataract surgeons in Australia. His priority is to provide excellence in  vision with the highest level of safety. 

He introduced topical anaesthesia (no needle to the eye) for cataract surgery to the Illawarra and  is the only ophthalmolgist in the Illawarra to perform all his cases using this method. Professor Lee also provides a comprehensive opthalmological service including glaucoma, macular degeneration, eyelid procedures and paediatric ophthalmology.

He operates at the Wollongong day surgery, Wollongong private Hospital, Shellharbour Private Hospital, The Wollongong Public Hospital, Shellharbour Public Hospital. 

He has an interest in overseas charity work and regularly works with  disadvantaged peoples in Africa and Asia. He is a competative surf ski paddler and together with his wife is an active member of St. Michaels Church, Wollongong.

He is available most days from his rooms in Figtree and Wollongong.
